Taziyadari ki Haqiqat:
Badshah Taimurlang pahla shakhs tha jo Hindustan me Taziyadri ki aizaad ki chunki “Aizaad Jarurat ki Maa hai”. Ise kya jarurat padhi isne kyu aizad ki ayiye aage padhte hai.
Taimurlang Shia mazhab se tha. Wo har saal Muharram me Karbala Sharif Roza e Hussainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ par jaata tha. Lakin ek saal wo bimari ke sabab(wajah) Roza e Husainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ par nahi ja saka. Kuch bayanaat me aate hai ki usne hukm diya aur kuch bayanaat me aate hai ki uske Wazeer ne usko khush karne ke liye Roza e Husainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ ka naqal banane ke liye hukm diya. Hukm kisne bhi diya ho lakin Badshah ke liye banaya gaya tha ki Badshah ko na jaane ka gham na ho. Ye pahli Taziya thi jo Hindustan me banai gai jiski charcha Hindustaan ke bahar tak thi. Taimurlang se pahle Mukhtar Saqafi naami Kazzab(Jhoot bolne wala) Chhota Dazzal(Nabuwat ka dawa karne wala) jo akhir me Nabuwat ka dawa kr baitha. Isne Duniya ki pahli taziya banai thi. Mukhtar Saqafi Taba’een ke Zamane ka tha.
Taimurlang ke baad se Hindustaan ke saath saath aas paas ke mulk Pakistaan aur Bangladesh etc. me ye raiz ho gayi. Lakin taimur Asal naqs banwai thi lakin awaam me aaj jo Taziya raiz uski koi Haqiqat nahi hai.
2) Kis Taziya ki Haqiqat hai aur Kaunsi banana sahi hai?
Taziya ka asl Roza e Husainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ se hai isliye taziya bilkul Roza e Husainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ naqal hona chahiye. Aaj ke time jo taziya banai jaati hai bilkul galat hai. Sharai hukm me haraam iska banana haraam hai. Iske banane wale kufr ke hukm me nahi lakin haram kaam ke hukm me aate hai to haram kaam ki saza ka gunahgaar jaroor hoga.
3) Kya Jaiz hai?
1) Niyaaz wa Fatiha:
i) Imam Husain aur Ahlebait ke naam se Niyaz wa fatiha karna, karana Jaiz, Mustahab aur Sawaab hai. (Note: Taziya ke samne nahi, ghar pe ya alag jagah)
2) Sabil wa Langar:
i) Imam Husain aur Ahlebait ke naam se sabil (drinking Tap water) and langar(Awaam me khana bantna) Qur’aan wa Hadeeth se sabit hai aur Afzal (great) kaam hai. Ashura ke din to aur Afzal hai kyuki Ahlebait aur Ashaab e Karbala 3 din tak bhooka payasa rahe aur hum unki yaad me agar sabil aur langar ka intejaam kare to ye bahot afzal kaam hai.
3) Zikr e Shuhdaah e Karbala:
i) Yaum e Ashura me Zikr e Shuhdaah e Karbala bayan karna, Karbala ka waqya bayaan karna lakin matam wagaira nahi balki is paigham ke saath ki hum har mushkil me sabr se kaam le. Waqya e Shuhdaah e Karbala se sabaq le. Zikr e Shuhdaah e Karbala se Ahlebait aur Ashaab e Karbala ke Muhabbat ke Jazba me azafa ho.
4) Roza wa Namaz:
i) Ramzan-ul-Mubarak ke baad Muharram-ul-Haraam ka roza rakhna afzal hai. EK riwayaat me ata hai ki jab Ramzan ke roze farz nahi the ya pichhli ummato me Yaum e Ashura yani 10ve Muharram-ul-Haraam ka roza Farz tha.
ii)9, 10 Ya 10-11 Muharram-ul-Haraam ka roza rakhna afzal hai rakh sakte hai aur agar koi chahe to starting ke 10 din bhi rakhe afzal hai. Lakin yaad rahe single roza rakhna yahudiyo ka naqal hoga isliye 1 roze ke saath mila kar pahle ya baad ka1 aur rakhe. (Note: Ye nafali roza hai. Rakhna sawab wa afzal hai nahi rakhega to gunah nahi.)
4) Kya Na-Jaiz hai?
1) Taziyadaari:
i) Aaj ki jo be-dhang taziya hoti hai jo be-misl Roza e Husain hoti hai wo na-jaiz wa haram hai.
ii) Ise banana, khusi hokar hissa lena, iska adab karna, ispar chadaya hu khana khana sab haraam wa na-jaiz hai.
iii) Bachcho ko faqeer banana, ird gird (side’s) tawaf (rounding) karna karwana sab haraam hai.
iv) Taziya ke samne rona, mannate karna, dhage wagaira bandhna etc. sab haaram wa na-jaiz hai.
v) Al-garz jitni bhi Bid’at e Saiya (Galat cheej islam me nikalna, jodna. Jis se Deen e Islam me burai aur be-hayai, bad-bakhti paida ho. ya aisa kaam jis se Parcham e islaam par daag(dot) ka sabab bane, ye sab Bid’at e Saiya hai.) sab haraam wa na-jaiz hai.
vi) Anjane me kiye ya jaan bhuj kar kiye ab bache aur Tauba wa Astagfaar kare, agar is se nahi bache to Ma’az-Allah iska ye amal kufr tak ja sakta hai.
2) Dhol Tase wagaira bajana:
i) Yaum e Ashura (10 Muharram-ul-Haraam) ke Din Imam Aali Muqaam Nawas e Rasool Bibi Fatma ke Lakhte Zigar Maula Ali ki Suza’at Jannati Jawano ke Sardar Hazrat Imam Husainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ ko Maidan e Karbala me 3 din bhooka payasa Shaheed kiya gaya tha. Ab kaunsa aisa Musalman hoga jo is din Dhol tase wagaira bajaye.
ii) Is din dhol tase wagaira Bajana yazeedio ka kaam hai, un log ne us din ye sab Kiya tha.
ii) Dhol tase wagaira ki wajah se muqabla aarai me ladai jaghde bhi ho jate hai. Awaam ko takleef hota hai. Farz wajib chod kar aisa Amal jo awaam ke liye takleefdah ho to chhodna bahter hai.
3) Matam karna:
i) Matam karna mtlb rona dhona, kapde faadna, jism ko nuqsaan pahochana, marsiya, noha wagaira sab haraam hai.
ii) Agar koi muslim jaan kar shia ki naqal karta hai to ye unhi me se hai.
4) Kaale aur Hare Kapde Pahenna:
Kaale aur Hare kapde muharram me Amuman sog ki niyyat se pahne jaate hai. jo na-jaiz wa haraam hai. Agar is din ye kapde pahen-ne ki niyyat kuch aur hai to phir bhi bache na pahne is din.
5) Sog manana:
i) Islam me 3 din se jayeda sog manana na-jaiz wa haraam hai. Aur aaj waqya e Karbala ko kitna waqt ho gaya hai lakin waqya sun ke aankho nami aa jati hai lakin sog nahi mana sakte jaise; 10 din tak ghar me saaf safai nahi karna, din me khana nahi banana, sadi wagaira doosri nek rasumaat na karna sab sog me aata hai ye sab na-jaiz wa haraam hai.
6) Imam Bada:
i) Jaha taziya rakhte hai use Imam bada kahte hai, jiski koi asal nahi.
ii) Imam bade ka adab wa tazeem karna na-jaiz hai.
7) Banawti Karbala:
i) Imam Husainرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ aur aapke Ahl wa Ahbaab ko jaha shaheed kiya gaya tha us jagah maidan ka naam “Karbala” hai. aur ye Asl Karbala hai jo Iraq me maujood hai.
ii) Hamare iloqo me jo karbala hota hai jaha taziya ko dafnate ya dubate hai us ki koi haqiqat nahi. Ye sab na-jaiz wa haram hai.
iii) Banawti karbala jaana, adab wa ahtaram karna sab haraam wa na-jaiz hai.
5) Taziyadaari aur Qur’aan:
الَّذِیْنَ اتَّخَذُوْا دِیْنَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَّ لَعِبًا وَّ غَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَیٰوةُ الدُّنْیَاۚ-فَالْیَوْمَ نَنْسٰىهُمْ كَمَا نَسُوْا لِقَآءَ یَوْمِهِمْ هٰذَاۙ-وَ مَا كَانُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَا یَجْحَدُوْنَ
(Surah Aaraf: Ayat 51)
Tarjuma: Jin logo ne apne deen ko khel tamasha bana liya aur unhe duniya ki zindagi ne dhoke me daal diya aaj hum unhe chhod denge jaisa unohne us din ke liye milne ka khayal chhod diya tha jaise wo hamari ayato se inkaar karte the.
Is ayat ko dekhe aur aaj jo Urs aur taziyadari ke naam par jo hota hai kya ye usi ki baat nahi? Kya aaj kuch log ne Deen e Islam ko khel tamasha nahi bana kiya? Asl me ye wahi log hote jine Qur’aan wa hadees ka ilm(knowledge) nahi hota aur upar se Ulma ka nahi sunte. In ko chahiye ki in sab cheejo se tauba karke deen e islaam ki malumaat hasil kare, qur’aan wa hadeeth seekhe.
6) Taziyadaari aur Hadees:
i) Jo mayyat ke gham me gaal peete, kapde faade, Zamana e Jahiliyat si cheekh pukaar wa harkat kare wo hum me se nahi. (Sahi Bukhari Jild 1 Safa 17)
ii) Hazrat Umme Atiyaرضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہا kahti hai ki Rasoolallahﷺ ne hum ko Noha karne se mana farmaya. (Sahi Bukhari Jild 2 Safa 726)
iii) Huzoorﷺ (Sallallahu alaihiwasallam) ne farmaya ki Allah Ta’ala ne mujhe dhol, baaje, bansuri ko mitane ka hukm diya. ( Mishkaat Sharif Safa 318 Kitab-ul-amara’t fasal e salas)
iv) Huzoorﷺ ne farmaya; Meri Ummat me ayese log honge jo Dhol taase ko halal kar lenge. (Sahi Bukhari Jild 2 Safa 837)
(Note: Kuchh log samajhte hai ki ye Ahlesunnat ka kaam hai taziyadari etc. Lakin yaad rakhe Awam e Ahlesunnat is se bari(no relation) hai. Aage padhe Ulma e Ahlesunnat kya kahte hai)
7) Taziyadaari aur Ulma e AhleSunnat:
i) Hazrat Shah Abdul Aziz Muhaddis e Dahelviرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Mafhoom e Farsi; Muharrma me jo taziyadari hoti hai Gumbad numa taziya aur tasveere wagaira banai jaati hai ye sab na-jaiz hai. (Fatwa e Aziziya Jild 1 Safa 75)
ii) Aalahazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelviرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Aaj ki Taziyadaari Qat’an na-jaiz wa haram hai. (Fatwa e Rizviya Jild 24 Safa 513; Matbu’a Raza Foundation Lahor)
iii) Taziya daari par Aalahazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi ka poora Risala (essay) hai jiska naam “A’alul Afada’h fi Taziya-ul-Hind wa bayan e Shahada’t”
iv) Mufti e Azam Mustafa Raza Khan Barelviرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Taziyadaari Sar’an na-jaiz hai. (Fatwa e Mustafaviya Safa 534; Matbu’a Raza Academy Mumbai)
v) Sadrus’sariya Hazrat Maulana Amjad Ali Sahab Azmiرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Taziyadaari aur tamaam bid’at jo us se mili sab ka tazkirta karke farmate hai; Ye Sab mahez Khurafaat hai in se Hazrat Imam Husain khush nahi hai. Ye Waqya tumhar liye sabaq thaaur tumne ise khel tamasha bana liya. ( Bahar e Shariat Hissa 6 Safa 248)
vi) Hazrat Maulana Shah Mufti Muhammad Azmal Sahab Sambhaliرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Ab chuki Taziyadari bahot mamnu’aat shari’ah hai to aisi sahi naqal bhi nahi banana chahiye. ( (Fatwa e Azmaliya Jild 4 Safa 15)
vii) Hazrat Maulana Hashmat Ali Khan Barelviرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Taziye banana, baaje taase dhoom dhaam se nikalna, taziye ka adab karna, jhuk kar salam karna, choomna, bachho ko hare kapde pahenwana, ghar ghar bheek mangwana, karbala jaana sab na-jaiz wa gunah hai. (Shama e Hidayat Hissa 3 Safa 30)
viii) Hazrat Maulana Mufti Jalaluddin Sahabرحمۃ اللہ علیہ:
Hindustyan me jis tarah ki taziya raij hai wo beshak na-jaiz wa bid’at e saiya hai. (Fatwa e Faiz-ur-Rasool Jild 2 Safa 563)
Saal 1388 me Taziyadaari wagaira ke muta’liq Bareily Sharif se ek fatwa nikla tha jis par us waqt ke bade bade 75 Sunni Alimo ki dastakhat (signatures) thi sab ne tasdeek kiya Taziyadaari na-jaiz wa haraam hai. Hawala; Hazrat Maulana Mufti Jalaluddin Sahab ki Tasneef “Khutbaat e MUharram” Safa 469 par dekh sakte ho. Yani Taziyadari Na-Jaiz wa Haram me Ijma’a e Ummat hai.
Allah wa Rasool Sadqe Ahle bait hum sab ko in khurafaat wahiyaat cheejo se door rakhe, hamari naslo ko is se paak rakhe. Hame ek bana nek bana. Apni riza me kaam ki taufeeq ata farma, (Allahumma Ameen).
“Kaam wo lelijiye Tum ko jo Razi kareTheek ho Naam e Raza Tum pe Karodo Darood”
