RasoolAllahﷺ ne Hazrat Jibrael se farmaya ke : Jibrael me thak jata hon. Hazrat
Jibrael ne jawab me arz kiya : Aye Allah ke Rasoolﷺ aap Talbeena’h istemaal karen.
Aaj ki
jadeed science tehqeeq ne yeh saabit kya hai ke jo me doodh ke muqablay me 10 guna
ziada calcium hota hai aur palak(Spinach) se ziada faolaad(Iron) mojood hota
hai, is me tamam zaroori vitamins bhi paye jatay hain
Pareshani
aur thakaan ke liye bhi Talbeena’h ka irshad milta hai .
RasoolAllahﷺ farmatay ke yeh mareez ke dil ke jumla amraaz ka ilaaj hai aur
dil se gham ko utaar deta hai.’ ‘ ( Bukhari ‘ Muslim’ Tirmizi’ Nisaye’ Ahmed )
Jab RasoolAllahﷺ se bhook ki kami ki shikayat karta to aap usay Talbeena’h khanay ka hukum dete aur farmate ke is khuda ki qisam jis ke qabza me
meri jaan hai yeh tumahray paiton(stomach) se ghalazat ko is terhan utaar deta.
hai jis tarah ke tum me se koi –apne chehray ko pani se dho kar saaf karleta
hai
RasoolAllahﷺ ko mareez ke liyeTalbeena’h se behtar koi cheez pasand nah thi. Is
me jo ke fawaid ke sath sath shehad (Honey) ki ifadiyat bhi shaamil hojati thi.
magar woh usay name garam khanay’ baar baar khanay aur khaali pait khanay ko
ziyada pasand karte thay. ( Bharae pait bhi yani har waqt har Umar ka fard is
ko istemaal kar saktha hai. (sehat mand bhi, Mareez bhi).
Note : Talbeena’h na sirf mareezon ke liye balke sehat
mandon ke liye bohat behtareen cheez hai. Bachon barron borhoon aur ghar bhar
ke afraad ke liye ghiza Taanik bhi Dawa bhi Shifa bhi aur ataa bhi…. Khaas tor
par dil ke mareez Tension, Zehni Amraaz, Dimaghi Amraaz, Ma’dah(Stomach), Jigar(Liver),
Patthay Asaab(Muscles), Aurton Bachon aur Mardon ke tamam amraaz ke liye anokha
taanik hai.

aanch par 45 minute tak pakayen aur chamcha chalate rahen.
. Jao ghul(Dissolve)
kar doodh me mil jaye to Khajoor masal kar shaamil karlen.
. Meetha kam
lagey to thoda shehad mila len.
. Kheer ki
terhan ban jaye gi.
. Cholhe se
utaar kar thanda kar len.
. Oopar se
badam, pistay kaat kar chidak den.
