khane se jism aur khaas tor par maida aur anton ko tawanai(energy) millti hai.

Jab hum khane ke baad pani peete
hain to khane me jis qadr bhi fats hotay hain woh khanay se nikal kar maide(stomach)
ke oopar walay hissay ki taraf aajate hain.
Baqi khana hazme ke doosre marhale(step)
ke liye chhoti aant(small intestine) me chala jata hai aur is tarah maide me
reh jane wala fats aur protein maide ke
andar intehai nuqsaandah gases paida karte hain jabkay un sab ko khanay kay
sath mix ho kar nizaam inhezaam(Digestive System) ke agle marhale me jana tha.

Isliye khana khanr ke baad pani
hargiz nahi peena chahiye ke jo pait me na sirf gases, tezabiyat, badd-hazmi ka

Hum din me paanch farz namazon ke

raat ko jald so jaya karte the. Amuman aapﷺ namaz Isha ke foran baad so jate the. Yani
raat jald sona aur subah jald uthna aap
ﷺ ke ma’mulaat(routins) me shaamil tha.

Rasoolallahﷺ ka
qaul mubarak hai ke “Musalman ek aant(Intestine) me khana khata hai jabkay
kafir teen aant me. Aur hame naseehat farmai ke jab khoob bhook lagey to khana
khao aur abhi bhook baqi ho to chore do .
Yeh amal aaj jadeed medical ki zubaan
me “Autophagia” kehlata hai.
Yeh insani jism ko sahatmand(Healthy)

Haqeeqat yeh hai ke science Rasoolallahﷺki sunnto’n
se bohat peechhe hai aur aapﷺ
ki saari Hayaat e Tayyiba, Sunnate’n hamare liye mash’al e raah (light of way)
hain aur unhi me hamare liye duniya o akhirat ki Qamiyabiy’an aur rahate’in
hain.
